Looking for an (HD)SLR…

So I’m in the market for a Digital SLR camera that also shoots HD video… Pre-requisites are that it shoot at least 1280x720p @ 24fps, though faster frame rates (30, 60fps) and higher resolutions (1920×1080) are welcome. At the moment, I’m looking to spend less than $1000, for the body and at least one multipurpose (zoom) lens. A good lens with Image Stabilization and Auto Focus is ideal, though I do realize that good lenses tend to go up in price rather quickly. Anybody have any recommendations?
